FitSport Nutrition Pvt Ltd is seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Executive to expand its presence across Hyderabad and beyond. Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential retailers, distributors, gyms, fitness centres, sports communities, and other relevant partners.
• Generate new leads and identify opportunities to expand FitSport's offline presence.
• Drive retailer and distributor onboarding and support sales conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand retailer, distributor, and customer requirements.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to conversion.
• Research and explore new markets, sales channels, and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain sales, lead, and follow-up tracking reports.
• Work closely with the FitSport team on sales initiatives, market expansion, and revenue growth.
• Support the execution of sales targets and contribute to growing FitSport's presence in the market.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, retail sales, distribution, or a related role.
• Based in Hyderabad and comfortable with a hybrid working model and regular local market visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident approaching new people and building professional relationships.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of targets and responsibilities.
• Ability to independently follow up with leads and drive conversations towards closure.
• Interest in sales, business development, startups, FMCG, consumer brands, or retail.
• Interest in fitness, sports, nutrition, or healthy living is mandatory.
