Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage, mentor, and track performance of local sales representatives/field staff.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales figures, forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-8 years of experience in the Internet Service Provider sector.
• Proven ability to lead sales operations and manage a team to expand sales network and drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
