Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions.
• Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the offer process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on campus hiring progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in campus recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and integrating them into the company culture.
