Partner Network Internship

Partner Network Intern:

• We're hiring one Partner Network Intern at HealAssist.
• Gurugram. In-office. 6-month internship. ₹10,000–15,000 per month.
• HealAssist is a care coordination platform. We help patients find the right care for their condition, so they get the best possible outcome at the lowest possible cost, and we handle the paperwork and coordination end to end so they don't have to.
• That runs on a network of 25+ partner hospitals, and our platform carries their doctors, specialities, timings and empanelment details for patients to see.
• That network data is the job.
• Doctors change their OPD timings and which branch they sit at. Hospitals upgrade equipment. Insurers empanel a hospital one quarter and depanel it the next. New doctors and new specialities join. Every one of those changes has to reach our platform accurately and fast. That is what this role owns.

What You'll Own:

• Keeping every partner hospital's doctor roster, specialities, OPD timings, sitting locations, equipment and insurer empanelment status correct in our internal portal, which feeds our public platform
• Calling and emailing hospital coordinators to verify these details, then updating the portal the same day
• A monthly audit of every partner record
• Building a pipeline of ophthalmology hospitals across Delhi NCR with named decision-makers
• Booking qualified meetings with new hospitals for our Chief Network Officer

What You Will Not Own:

• Negotiating terms, signing partners, or any revenue target. You book the meeting. He runs it. That line is in the offer letter, not just this post.

Who This Is For:

• Someone who has kept a list accurate for months and cared that it stayed accurate. Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration and MHA students are a strong fit. Hindi and English, spoken and written.

Who This Is Not For:

• Anyone looking for a sales role. There is no commission here, by design.

• On successful conversion to a permanent employee after the internship, the candidate can expect ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per year.
