Responsibilities

• Assist the TA team in end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, product, and educator roles.
• Gain hands-on experience in high-volume edtech hiring, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk campaigns.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate coordination using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms.
• Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content.
• Track metrics, update ATS, and support 100+ monthly hires.
• Help optimize interview processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Current student/recent grad in HR, Business, or related fields.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication, organization skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Passion for edtech/startups.
• LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity is a plus.
