Telecaller

Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing,referrals, and other sources.
• Understand the student’s academic background, budget, preferred destination, and career goals.
• Conduct the first level of counselling and explain available study abroad opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule detailed counselling sessions with Senior Admission Counsellors.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with interested students to maximize conversions.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
• Meet daily calling, follow-up, and counselling targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth student processing.
• Stay updated with study abroad trends, university intakes, and visa requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
• Confident speaking over phone and video calls.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
