Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence, primarily for the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and social media content.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and insights.
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, reels, and memes.
• Coordinate with clients for content approvals and campaign updates.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Social Media Management experience.
• Experience handling Real Estate / Property brand accounts is preferred.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and community management skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram trends and algorithms.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Later, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads, and Influencer Marketing is an advantage.
• Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
