Responsibilities:

• Call customers to collect pending EMIs for two-wheeler, four-wheeler, and housing loans.
• Send payment links (GPay/PhonePe/UPI) for EMI collection.
• Track live bucket/EMI collections.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs.
• Maintain records of commitments and escalate unresolved cases.
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
