Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer extension.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in HR recruitment.
