Project Specialist - Design & Execution

Job Description:

• Oversee site execution, installation, and project handover.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Supervise installation of doors, windows, and facade systems.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and technical layouts.
• Manage site reporting, materials, and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in facade and fenestration projects preferred.

Skills Required:

• AutoCAD and construction drawing interpretation.
• MS Excel and project tracking knowledge.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites.
