Responsibilities

• Guide students on academic programs, learning plans, and progress, ensuring they are well-informed and on track.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with students through regular, proactive interactions.
• Monitor student engagement levels and academic performance closely, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Identify students who may require additional support and proactively engage with them to provide timely assistance.
• Address all student queries comprehensively and coordinate seamlessly with internal academic and support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at improving student engagement, satisfaction, and overall retention rates.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student interactions and follow-ups to ensure continuity and personalized support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience in academic advising, student counseling, EdTech, higher education, or student success roles is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to connect with a diverse student body.
• Proven problem-solving capabilities and a knack for building strong, lasting relationships.
• A genuine student-first mindset, demonstrating strong ownership and follow-through in all tasks.
• Comfortable and proficient in working with digital platforms and CRM systems for managing student data and interactions.
