Jobtrix is seeking a driven Hardware & Firmware Engineering Trainee Intern to contribute to the cutting-edge field of quantum-safe hardware and security devices. We are a dynamic company at the forefront of innovation, committed to developing secure and robust solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools like KiCad, Altium, or Eagle.
• Develop embedded firmware in C/C++.
• Support the prototyping process, including component selection and iteration.
• Design 3D enclosures for hardware using CAD tools such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or FreeCAD.
• Drive prototypes through the entire lifecycle: from initial design to assembly, testing, and final product realization.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with strong fundamentals in electronics and electrical components. Practical experience with PCB design, microcontrollers, and embedded C/C++ is essential. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to hardware development. While not strictly required, exposure to cybersecurity, post-quantum cryptography, quantum technology, secure hardware, IoT, RF, cryptographic hardware, communication protocols, or 3D CAD tools will be a significant advantage. We strongly encourage applicants who can demonstrate projects they have built.
