Experts Pro is seeking a passionate and driven HR & Recruitment Intern to join our experienced recruitment team in Coimbatore. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to gain real-world experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT recruitment space.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and various job portals.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups efficiently.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Provide support for day-to-day IT recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Freshers or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR and Recruitment.
• Educational background in MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in an in-office, full-time capacity for 6 months.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic recruitment environment.
