About Beat Guilt:

Beat Guilt is a better-for-you snacking brand from Inonaround Infinite, built for aspirational Indians who want taste and function in the same pack. This is a part-time, remote role for someone who wants real ownership of a brand's voice online rather than a queue of tasks.

What You Will Do:

• Plan and schedule organic social across Instagram and our other channels.
• Write captions and short-form scripts that sound like a person, not a press release.
• Handle community. Reply to comments and DMs in the brand voice.
• Track reach, saves, and follower growth, and send a short weekly summary.

What We Are Looking For:

• You actually use social media and can tell good content from filler.
• Clear, natural writing in English. Hindi is a plus.
• Basic comfort with Canva or any editing tool.
• Students and early-career professionals are both welcome.
