Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide exceptional product support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Telugu and Kannada.
• Troubleshoot product-related problems and guide users through solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support.

Requirements:

• Any Degree.
• Fluency in Telugu and Kannada is mandatory.
• Freshers with 0-6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
