About the Company:

Ecologics India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive to manage procurement for Wastewater Management Projects, including ETP, STP, and WTP. We are a dynamic company committed to environmental solutions and require a professional who can contribute to our project success through efficient and cost-effective purchasing.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle all procurement activities specific to ETP, STP, and WTP projects.

• Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best materials and equipment.

• Prepare and accurately process purchase orders.

• Compare quotations thoroughly and finalize reliable suppliers.

• Coordinate seamlessly with project, engineering, and accounts teams.

• Ensure the timely delivery of all materials to various project sites.

• Maintain a comprehensive vendor database and meticulous purchase records.

• Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (technical qualifications are a plus).

• Mandatory 2–3 years of hands-on purchase experience specifically within Wastewater Management Projects (ETP/STP/WTP).

• Good knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management best practices.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

• Only candidates with relevant direct industry experience in Wastewater Management (ETP/STP/WTP) should apply.
