Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Experience working with experienced candidates.
