About the Role
We are looking for exceptional, builder-oriented AI Associate to work directly with the MD Office on high-impact, real-world AI initiatives.
This role goes beyond experimentation - you will design and deploy production-ready AI systems, copilots, and agentic workflows solving critical business problems across functions.
Ideal candidates are those who have already built end-to-end AI/ML systems, experimented with LLMs, or implemented real pipelines (not just coursework models).
What You’ll Do
- Design AI-first solutions for pre-defined high impact projects
- Build end-to-end AI systems, not just models:
- Data pipelines → Model → API → Deployment
- Develop LLM-powered applications, including:
- RAG pipelines (retrieval + grounding)
- AI copilots and internal assistants
- Multi-step agent workflows
- Design and implement agentic systems with tools, memory, and reasoning loops
- Build automation workflows across business tools (APIs, dashboards, reporting)
- Optimize systems for:
- Accuracy, latency, scalability, and real-world usability
- Work closely with leadership to rapidly prototype → test → iterate → deploy

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Tier 1 or 1.5 engineering colleges preferred from batches of 2022-2024) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Candidates with 2-4 years of overall experience.
- 0-3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science (preferred)
Technical Skills Required
- Strong Python proficiency
- Solid understanding of:
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Probability & Statistics
- Machine Learning fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with:
- NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
- Experience building end-to-end ML/AI projects
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with LLMs & Generative AI systems
- Working knowledge of:
- RAG architectures, embeddings, vector search
- Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Experience with:
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- NLP / Deep Learning / Transformers
- Backend/API development:
- FastAPI / Flask
- REST APIs
- Exposure to:
- Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Vector DBs (ChromaDB, FAISS, etc.)
- Understanding of:
- Prompt engineering
- Model evaluation & hallucination reduction
- Familiarity with:
- Docker / cloud deployment (GCP/AWS/Azure)
Bonus
- Experience with:
- Agentic workflows / autonomous systems
- Real-world production deployments
- Strong projects such as:
- AI copilots / automation platforms
- Recommendation systems / optimization engines
- NLP or computer vision systems
- Competitive achievements:
- Coding contests (eg. Leetcode), Kaggle, research work
- Demonstrated ability to optimize performance (latency, accuracy, ROI)
