Baryons is hiring for the role of Junior Associate in Corporate Operations!

Baryons is looking for a Junior Associate in Corporate Operations who has an appetite for continuous learning and growth. We are seeking someone with exceptional analytical, logical, and mathematical abilities, combined with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, to help drive our marketing strategies, presales efforts, and corporate operations. Even if you lack formal experience but feel you have the attributes we are looking for, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities of the Associate:

• Conduct market research analysis and conceive efficient, intuitive marketing strategies
• Create technological presentations, proposals, and product demos, and manage presales activities
• Develop product and service content, including case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts
• Understand and navigate stakeholder relationships, particularly with C-level executives
• Create and maintain program organization charts
• Manage the creation and maintenance of program distribution and communication lists
• Support Project and Program Managers in the logistics and administration of meetings and team forums
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of corporate reports

Requirements:

• Exceptional analytical, logical, and mathematical abilities with strong business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• High emotional maturity with the incisive ability to analyze, contextualize, and articulate business propositions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude
• Consistent academic score of 60% or above
• Appetite for continuous learning and professional growth
