Roots Realty Infra is seeking an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle and follow up with prospective clients.

• Generate and manage real estate sales leads.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.

• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.

• Negotiate and assist in closing deals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details in CRM.

• Build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• 8 months – 1.5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Knowledge of Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market is preferred.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
