Telecalling executive

Hippocloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Telecalling Executive!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Clearly and effectively communicate product/service information and value propositions.
• Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Identify and escalate opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate information.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to service and product improvement.

Requirements:

• Bcom or any Graduate - Freshers also can apply
• Ms Office Knowledge, Tally , English speaking skills
