Binstellar Technology is hiring for the role of Business Development  Trainee

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in the IT industry and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales pipeline by connecting with international prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through online platforms, research, and networking
• Communicate with international clients via emails, calls & LinkedIn outreach
• Identify client needs for Web, Mobile & Software Development projects
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead data and CRM records
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
• Collaborate with the sales & technical teams for smooth handover

Requirements

• Excellent verbal & written English communication
• Experience handling international clients/prospects
• Knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
• Strong research, communication & coordination skills
