Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
• Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing information.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales activities.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Fluency in local languages and English.
