Position: Telecaller – Insurance Sales Support
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads generated through our digital marketing channels.
• Verify and qualify customer data to ensure lead quality.
• Contact prospective customers to understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain our insurance products, key features, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the field sales team for customer meetings.
• Regularly follow up with prospects until the case is successfully closed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM on a daily basis.

This role is critical in converting digitally generated leads into business by ensuring timely customer engagement and seamless coordination principle companies with the ground sales team.
