Content Writer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to create, manage, and optimize content for customer websites, product catalogs, business profiles, and digital platforms. The role requires working closely with a portfolio of approximately 150 customers, understanding their business requirements, and delivering high-quality, SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) friendly content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of up to 150 customer accounts for content-related requirements.
• Create and maintain content for websites, business profiles, product pages, service pages, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Research customer businesses, products, competitors, and industry trends.
• Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content tailored to customer needs.
• Develop SEO-friendly and AEO-friendly content to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
• Create FAQs, knowledge base articles, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Design, and Product teams for timely content delivery.
• Handle customer feedback, revisions, and content updates.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Maintain content quality and productivity targets while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

• Excellent written English with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and content structuring abilities and use AI 
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword optimization.
• Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-search content best practices is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer accounts and deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Freshers with exceptional writing skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in content writing, copywriting, blogging, or digital content management is an advantage.
