Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct outbound calls to warm and hot leads to answer product questions, address customer objections, and convert them into purchases.

• Coordinate with shipping partners and couriers to ensure seamless delivery and resolve transit exceptions.

• Execute basic campaign setup in Meta Ads Manager, including uploading AI-created assets, applying specified targeting, and launching campaigns.

Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Performance & Operations Intern. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic understanding of e-commerce operations are a plus.
