Product Manufacturing Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manufacturing Consultant to work with manufacturing units and help improve their production, quality, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit manufacturing units and understand their processes.
• Identify production and quality-related issues.
• Suggest practical process improvements.
• Prepare and implement SOPs and process controls.
• Support RCA and CAPA activities.
• Help reduce rejection, rework, and wastage.
• Support improvement in productivity and quality.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams.
• Prepare basic reports and documentation.
• Provide guidance to shop-floor personnel.
• Travel to client locations as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age: 28 years or above.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have own bike/two-wheeler/car.
• Valid driving licence required.
• Willing to travel extensively for client visits.
• Comfortable travelling to any city within the assigned state.
• Pan-India travel may be required.
