• Manage lead conversions efficiently to meet and exceed admission targets.
• Mentor and guide junior counsellors, fostering their professional development and contributing to overall team success.
• Provide comprehensive academic and professional guidance to students.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various academic programs and admission requirements.

• Proven experience as an Education Counsellor, with a strong track record of achieving admission targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
