Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive admission targets and ensure the achievement of institutional growth goals.
• Optimize lead conversions through effective strategies and team management.
• Mentor and develop a team of education counsellors, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth execution and target attainment.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior management to align team efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably within the education counselling or sales sector.
• Strong understanding of admission processes and lead conversion strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
