Sales coordinator

Kanfa Global Supply Solutions is hiring for the role of Sales Coordinator!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate to provide suitable products
• Prepare and share quotations with clients and follow up on pending inquiries
• Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams
• Follow up with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines
• Process sales orders and coordinate timely dispatch
• Maintain customer and sales-related records and provide regular order updates to customers
• Resolve customer queries by coordinating with relevant internal teams
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Support the sales team in achieving overall business targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply)
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar role
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Good attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
