• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Help maintain a positive candidate experience and promote our employer brand.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
