Campus Ambassador Internship

C.C.S National Institute of Agricultural Marketing Jaipur is launching an internship for the most enthusiastic individuals for this year’s Agrovon, The Campus Ambassador program. The Campus Ambassador Program aims to recruit enthusiastic and proactive students to represent our college and Agrovon within their respective campuses and beyond. 

Guidelines and Role of an Intern:

• Acting as Points of Contact: Campus Ambassadors will serve as a direct point of contact between the Agrovon team and participants, addressing their queries related to Agrovon and providing timely updates on any changes or additions to the event schedule.
• Promoting Agrovon: Campus Ambassadors will actively engage with their peers and various student groups to promote Agrovon. They will utilize social media platforms, distribute promotional material, and encourage participation from students to ensure events gain significant traction.
• Feedback Collection: During Agrovon, Ambassadors will collect feedback from participants and attendees about their experience. This data will be invaluable for assessing the success of the event and identifying areas of improvement for future editions.
• Social Media Engagement: Ambassadors will actively maintain and promote Agrovon’s presence on various social media platforms. They will share event updates, highlights, and images to generate buzz and showcase the vibrancy of the event.
• Participating Campus Ambassadors (CAs) must ensure that they onboard maximum registrations for various events of Agrovon mentioning the Campus Ambassador’s personal promotional code while registration.

Details:

• Every intern (Campus Ambassador) will be given a unique code after registering via E-mail. Interns (CAs) should make sure that the participants to whom they refer should use this unique code while registering for an opportunity.
• Top 2 CAs who bring the maximum participation will be awarded cash prizes of Rs 4000, Rs 2000 respectively. Participation certificates will be awarded to the selected CAs.
