About the Company

KeilHQ is an AI Operating System for modern teams, combining company knowledge, tasks, meetings, collaboration, finance, CRM, and AI agents into one platform. We are currently focused on early-stage startups and growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research our ICP - founders, operators, and teams at early-stage startups.
• Find and reach out to potential customers through LinkedIn, X, startup communities, and other organic channels.
• Build personalized outbound campaigns and turn cold prospects into conversations and demos.
• Create simple, useful content around startup operations, AI, productivity, and the problems KeilHQ solves.
• Build relationships within startup and founder communities.
• Experiment with new organic growth channels and measure what works.
• Work closely with the founders to improve messaging, positioning, and GTM.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of startups, SaaS, and B2B products.
• Excellent communication and conversational writing skills.
• Ability to research companies, identify the right prospects, and personalize outreach.
• Comfortable talking to founders and business owners.
• Strong curiosity about AI and technology.
• Self-driven, experimental, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup.
• Focused on getting results, not just creating content.
• Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS, startup communities, or founder-led sales.
• Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn/X/Reddit organic growth.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of AI tools and workflows.
• Experience: 0-2 years; strong candidates without formal experience are welcome.
