Community & Growth Internship

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Speak with potential participants, understand their interests, and bring the right individuals into the network
• Build strong relationships and keep the community engaged over time
• Experiment with different approaches to sourcing and onboarding
• Build relationships with relevant external communities and organisations
• Create engagement: Understand what motivates people to participate and return
• Think of activities, experiences, and initiatives that bring the community together; test ideas, analyze what works, and improve them
• Build with the team: Work across research, partnerships, customer understanding, and operations
• Take ownership of projects and drive them from idea to execution
• Spot problems, propose solutions, and make things happen

Requirements:

• Ambitious individuals looking to build something meaningful, not just a conventional internship
• Background or ongoing study in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Sociology, Social Work, or Business (prior experience in community or partnerships is not required)
• Strong curiosity to understand people and human behaviour
• Ability to take ownership, spot problems, and drive projects from ideation to execution
• Enjoy building relationships and creating engaging experiences for others
