Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Develop and execute comprehensive WhatsApp marketing strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for WhatsApp broadcasts, status updates, and direct messages.
• Manage and grow WhatsApp subscriber lists through various outreach and opt-in methods.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports on engagement and conversion rates.
• Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing messages for maximum impact.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new marketing opportunities on WhatsApp.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all WhatsApp communications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and social media marketing, particularly on WhatsApp.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback received via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in A/B testing different marketing messages and strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:
