Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support in managing candidate databases and tracking application statuses.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Participate in onboarding activities for new interns and employees.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media presence.
• Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
