Investment Analyst

Roles:

• Provide dedicated business and operational support to international clients.
• Exclusively support PeakView Capital, a US-based real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and managing value-add real estate investments.
• Support the acquisitions team by sourcing investment opportunities, performing financial underwriting, assisting with due diligence, and maintaining the acquisitions pipeline from sourcing through closing.

Responsibility:

• Research and identify potential acquisition opportunities and build targeted databases of property owners, brokers, lenders, and sellers.
• Monitor investment platforms such as LoopNet, Crexi, broker listings, and other market sources, while supporting outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial underwriting models, analyzing rent rolls, operating statements (T-12), and comparable sales.
• Perform investment scenario analysis and calculate acquisition metrics including IRR, Equity Multiple, Cash-on-Cash Return, Cap Rate, and DSCR.
• Prepare concise investment summaries, acquisition recommendation reports, and assist with Letter of Intent (LOI) preparation.
• Prepare due diligence checklists, organize transaction files using cloud storage, and coordinate information requests with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the acquisitions pipeline daily and prepare weekly reports on active underwriting, LOIs submitted, and pipeline bottlenecks.
• Assist in developing and improving internal processes, templates, and SOPs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain an organized CRM.
• Experience or interest in commercial real estate, hospitality, multifamily, or value-add investments is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms like CoStar, Reonomy, LoopNet, Crexi, and CRM tools (Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial lending concepts including LTV, DSCR, interest-only loans, and capitalization rates is preferred.
• General Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST.
• Female Employees Shift: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Work From Office) followed by 11:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Work From Home).
• Working Days: Monday – Friday.
