Sales Support & Operations Executive

Roles:

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily sales reports.
• Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups and sales coordination.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales database and CRM records.
• Handle and respond to customer/sales-related queries through calls and emails.

Required Skills:

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience; freshers can apply too.
• Good  English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
