About the Company:

Hiring Campus is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused candidates to join our team for a full-time US Inbound Voice Process in the Marine and Coastal Insurance sector. This is an international customer-facing opportunity based in Noida, offering significant exposure and career growth in the international BPO/customer operations sector.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US customers and understand their queries and requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely assistance, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Follow defined process guidelines and quality parameters.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update information in relevant systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and attendance targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Good pronunciation and fluency.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Attention to detail and strong customer-handling ability.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
• Comfortable handling inbound customer calls and communicating professionally with US customers.
• Comfortable working the US night shift (9:30 PM to 6:00 AM) from the office in Noida.
• Fixed Saturday and Sunday weekly offs.
• Prior experience is not mandatory; freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in international voice processes, US voice processes, BPO, customer service, customer support, inbound calling, insurance processes, or international customer handling may also apply.
