Razlervision LLP is seeking an experienced Tender & GeM Specialist to join our team. We specialize in Facility Management, Manpower, Housekeeping, Sanitation, and Solid Waste Management. We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle government tenders and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of government tender processes.
• Specialize in handling tenders related to Facility Management, Manpower, Housekeeping, Sanitation, and Solid Waste Management.
• Focus on securing contracts with Indian Railways, CPWD, and other state/central government departments.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Stay updated on tender opportunities and government procurement policies.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience as a Tender Executive or in a similar role within the Facility Management, Housekeeping, or Waste Management industry.
• Proven track record in handling government tenders, particularly with Indian Railways, CPWD, and other state/central government departments.
• Strong understanding of GeM portal operations and tender procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work 6 days a week in an on-site capacity.
