Junior HR Recruiter

About the Company

Jprime buildcon LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and HR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Understand job requirements and candidate profiles from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Search, screen, and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS/HRMS records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Coordinate offer documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
• Support the HR team in achieving monthly recruitment targets.
• Prepare recruitment reports and MIS as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Assist with other HR activities and recruitment-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or any other relevant degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
