 Job Title: ERPNext Implementation Executive – IT Trainee

Eligibility:

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
• Location: On-site
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• ERPNext implementation and configuration support
• Understand business processes and map them into ERPNext
• Configure modules like HR, Payroll, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales & Accounts
• Assist in data migration and master-data preparation
• User training and day-to-day ERP support
• Identify ERP issues and coordinate for resolution
• Prepare SOPs, documentation and process flow
• Basic customization and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with different departments during implementation

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of ERP / business processes
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, HTML/CSS preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn Frappe / ERPNext
• B.Tech IT/CS fresher with strong interest in ERP/software implementation preferred
