Management Trainee- Operations

Responsibilities of the Candidate:                                                 

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share them wih the reporting manager.
• Learn and follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and operational policies.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned manager.
• Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Take up additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
