HR Recruiter

Roles:

• Design and implement an effective recruiting strategy.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, social media, and databases.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment
• Schedule interviews and maintain strong follow-up with candidates

• Have a laptop not older than 4 years.
