Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Product Advisory: Articulate the technical structure, curriculum depth, and placement intelligence of PlaceMux programs to prospective students.
- Pipeline & Target Management: Handle end-to-end B2C conversion funnels, execute diligent follow-ups, and hit weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Data & Team Synchronization: Maintain real-time pipeline records in CRM/track sheets while funneling student feedback back to internal product teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or Final-Year Students in any stream (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or Tech fields are a plus).
- Experience: 0–3 years; welcomes ambitious freshers and experienced B2C closers.
- Filter: Must clear a 2-day training and secure exactly 2 conversion during a 7-day probation phase.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High-Impact Articulation: Must possess immaculate English communication and negotiation skills to unpack technical career pathways and resolve user friction smoothly.
- Target-Driven Resilience: Should possess a self-motivated, highly accountable mindset capable of converting rejections into successful deal closures.
