Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR initiatives and projects, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Help with onboarding new interns and employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Research and present on current HR trends and best practices to the team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
