SaaS / Tech Solutions Internship

Responsibilities:

• 12-month minimum commitment with potential PPO after 12 months based on performance.
• Work from the office only; candidate should live/stay close to the office.
• Independently build SaaS/web applications with minimal senior-engineer support.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations, and deployment as required.
• Independently host, deploy, test, debug, and maintain applications.
• Take ownership of tasks from requirement → development → production.
• Be proactive in researching and solving problems instead of waiting for instructions.
• Be responsible for bugs, deadlines, production issues, and deliverables.
• Willing to stretch when required and take full ownership of work.

Stipend:

• Month 1: Unpaid evaluation/training period.
• From Month 2: ₹5,000/month stipend, subject to performance and continuation.

Ideal candidate: Self-driven, technically curious, accountable, and capable of becoming an independent builder within 12 months.
