Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and career services departments.
• Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for internships and entry-level positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new interns and employees.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on campus recruitment activities.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in campus relations and recruitment.
