Field Sales Executive

Roles:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding PropertyOTP's broker network across Mumbai.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Onboarding real estate brokers onto the PropertyOTP platform
• Acquiring both independent and enterprise real estate brokerages
• Demonstrating and explaining our SaaS platform to prospective users
• Building long-term relationships with brokers and ensuring successful platform adoption
• Conducting regular follow-ups with onboarded brokers to improve engagement
• Sharing marketing material through Email, WhatsApp and other communication channels
• Promoting referral and engagement programs among active brokers
• Collecting customer feedback to help improve our platform
• Representing PropertyOTP professionally during meetings and networking events

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a college degree or recently graduated
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Marathi speaking ability is an added advantage
• Passion for sales, startups, technology and customer relationships
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Comfortable using Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter) and other digital communication tools
• Willingness to learn SaaS products and consultative selling
