Delivery Operations & Recruitment Internship

About the Internship

Shipzy is looking for a Delivery Operations & Recruitment Intern to help us build and manage our delivery partner network.

You will work closely with the operations team and be responsible for activating potential delivery partners, onboarding them, following up with them, and ensuring they become active riders.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and screen rider leads provided by the company
• Recruit and onboard delivery partners
• Follow up with riders through calls and WhatsApp
• Track rider progress from lead to activation
• Maintain daily recruitment and onboarding records
• Coordinate with the operations team on rider-related issues
• Support field recruitment activities when required

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp
• Proactive and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Freshers and students are welcome
